This Privacy Policy explains how Alex Cabrera ("Controller", "we", "us", "our") processes personal data when you use Centurion (the "Application"). We are committed to handling data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

When enabled by you, or when participating in clearly identified early-access programs that require telemetry, we may receive limited network indicators such as suspicious domains, destination IPs, and ports. We do not intentionally collect content of communications or personal files through this feature.

d) Support and communication data

  • Messages and attachments you send to support (for example, email to info@ciberconsulta.es)
  • Records needed to resolve incidents, claims, and compliance requests

3. Data We Do Not Intend to Collect

  • Contents of your personal files
  • Contents of private communications
  • Advertising profiles for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Sale of personal data to third parties

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

Depending on context, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases under applicable law (including GDPR where applicable):

  • Contract: to provide the Application, licensing, updates, and core security functionality
  • Legitimate interests: to protect service integrity, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability
  • Consent: for optional telemetry and similar optional processing where required by law
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required for compliance, audits, or lawful requests

5. Sharing of Data

We may share data only when necessary with:

  • Infrastructure, hosting, authentication, analytics, or support providers acting as processors under contractual safeguards

We do not sell personal data.
